Insurance

Our staff has been trained to understand dental insurance and will be happy to assist you with getting the maximum from the insurance coverage you have. We have hundreds of different employer profiles in our computer system which enables us to provide accurate coverage estimates. As a service to you, we will process your insurance and wait for their payment. You will be asked to pay only your estimated co-payment at the time of service. The amount paid by the insurer is based on the coverage which your employer has purchased. If our estimate differs from the actual payment, you will be billed for the difference. We do not participate in any DMO/PPO plans.

Financial Arrangements

Prior to the commencement of recommended treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. We are experts at coordinating treatment to ensure you get the maximum from your insurance benefits. In order to provide the highest quality care, we have a full range of payment options available. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards. For patients requiring extensive treatment, we also offer outside financing with Care Credt.
